1. The AMI Staff is friendly, courteous and professional
   100 percent of all survey respondents either strongly agreed or agreed that AMI staff is friendly, courteous and professional.
2. My Integrative Therapies Provider (massage therapist, acupuncturist, nutritionist) has helped me reduce my pain level.
   91 percent of all survey respondents either strongly agreed or agreed that their Integrative Therapies Provider has helped them reduce their pain level.
3. I am satisfied with the care I have received from my Integrative Therapies Provider in the last six months.
   100 percent of all survey respondents either strongly agreed or agreed that they are satisfied with the care they have received from their Integrative Therapies Provider.
4. Since beginning the Integrative Therapies Program, I believe that the quality of my daily living has improved.
   72 percent of all respondents either Strongly Agreed or Agreed that since beginning the Integrative Therapies Program, they believe the quality of their daily living has improved.
5. I have received educational materials that help me take better care of myself.
   85 percent of all respondents either strongly agreed or agreed that they have received educational materials that help them take better care of themselves.
6. Overall, I am satisfied with the Integrative Therapies Program.
   98 percent of all respondents either strongly agreed or agreed that they are satisfied with the Integrative Therapies Program.
7. I will continue to participate in the Integrative Therapies Program during the next year.
   94 percent of all respondents either strongly agreed or agreed that they would continue to participate in the Integrative Therapies Program during the next year.
