1. Case managers provide holistic case management services to patients.
2. Holistic services are provided to the patients through AMI’s exclusive credentialed network of Integrative Providers – Holistic services include: Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Nutritional and Pharmaceutical (PharmD) Counseling.
3. The coordination of the patient’s existing primary care physician (PCP) to the availability and potential usefulness of enrolling their patients in the Integrative Therapies program. 
4. Health literacy interventions provided at the point of service throughout the Integrative Therapies continuum.
