James E. Zechman

James Zechman is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AMI. Mr. Zechman received his BME (with honors) from Drake University and his MA (with honors) from the University of Denver. Before joining AMI, Mr. Zechman was a senior executive with a national diagnostic imaging utilization management company, where he headed national sales and marketing. Mr. Zechman was the founder and President of Apwel, Inc., an international trade finance/import-export company. Prior to Apwel, Mr. Zechman was the managing vice president for Merrill Lynch on the global derivative markets during the mid 1970's to the late 1980's. He has significant management, finance, operations, sales, regulatory and legal experience. In 1999, Mr. Zechman was named "Person of the Year" by Dynamic Chiropractic magazine. Both Mr. Zechman and his partner, Dr. Richard Sarnat, received the 2000 "Presidential Citation Award" from the National College of Chiropractic as well as the 2000 "Leadership Award" from the American Academy of Chiropractic Physicians. Mr. Zechman is a current trustee of the American Academy of Chiropractic Physicians. |

Richard L. Sarnat, MD President and
Chief Medical Director

Dr. Richard L. Sarnat is AMI's founder and President. He is a board-certified opthamologist and received his undergraduate education at Washington University in Saint Louis (Phi Beta Kappa). He also attended the Rush Medical College in Chicago, and completed his residency at Northwestern University. Dr. Sarnat is a recognized leader in the field of alternative medicine. His book, Physician Heal Thyself: What Every Practitioner Should Know About Alternative Medicine, is highly respected as one of the leading books in the field. He has been instrumental in developing several successful entrepreneurial health care-related companies. Dr. Sarnat possesses the unique ability and credentials to be able to "bridge the gap" between mainstream medicine and alternative care. He speaks frequently at medical conventions and business symposiums nationwide. Dr. Sarnat received the 2000 "Presidential Citation Award" from the National College of Chiropractic and the 2000 "Leadership Award" from the American Academy of Chiropractic Physicians. Dr. Sarnat is a current trustee of National University of Health Sciences. |

Eric Deppert, MD
Northeast Regional Medical Director

Dr. Eric Deppert is Alternative Medicine Integrations Medical Director for the northeastern region. Dr. Deppert received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts where he was nominated for a Rhodes scholarship and inducted into Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society. Dr. Deppert earned his medical degree at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia and was inducted into Alpha Omega Honor Society. He completed his residency at Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia where he received numerous awards for teaching. He is the Vice-Chairman of Medicine and Co-Internal Medicine Residency Program Director at Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia and maintains an active clinical practice. Dr. Depperts main interests are preventive medicine and regression of arteriosclerosis.

Marc C. Cohen, DC
Northeast Regional Chiropractic Medical Director

Dr. Cohen was an associate medical director at Aetna US Healthcare, responsible for network development, policy development and case management for the mid-Atlantic region for chiropractic affairs. He also served in the specialty cost team and worked with the special investigations unit for the Mid-Atlantic region, serving Aetna for over 10 years. He maintains an active rehabilitation medicine practice in Northeast Philadelphia. Dr. Cohen pioneered the first division of chiropractic medicine at Cooper Hospital of Philadelphia, formerly Franklin Square Hospital, serving as co-chairman. He has served on the postgraduate facility of New York College of Chiropractic, and frequency serves as an independent medical examiner, and on numerous peer-review panels. He published a paper on post-surgical rehabilitation of the knee, and has developed and lectured on a hospital protocol, policies and procedures for in-patient Chiropractic services. Was Board certified by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians in Chiropractic Sports Medicine, he holds a B.S. in biology from Albright College and a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from National College of Chiropractic. |

Linda R. Eldridge

Linda Eldridge is AMI's Vice President, Principal Marketing Officer. Ms. Eldridge has had a great deal of experience in the field of health insurance and managed care, working to design and build innovative national, regional and local HMO, PPO, EPO and workers' compensation products. Having worked in many areas of the health care industry, Ms. Eldridge has applied her knowledge to develop a strong sense of the needs of the healthcare consumer, payer and provider. Ms. Eldridge received her undergraduate education from Miami University of Ohio and earned her MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 1991, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She has honed her skills at such companies as the Prudential Insurance Company of America, Private Healthcare Systems, Ltd., Healthcare Compare/Affordable, Kennedy Consulting Group and Community Care Network, Inc. Ms. Eldridge also founded her own consulting firm, Eldridge & Associates, Inc., specializing in strategic planning, marketing and quality management systems for health care plans and provider organizations. |

Adrian Langford
Vice President, Alternative Medicine Integration of Florida, LLC

Adrian Langford has 19 years of health leadership experience in the South East.
His career began in the field of industrial medicine and occupational health, where he worked with hospitals to developed unique systems to manage injured workers.
He then developed a medical procurement company for the purchase of medical supplies and services for Insurance companies. During that venture he developed a network of 250 infusion pharmacies nationwide, while overlaying a business ethic to the procurement of unique medical products and supplies.
He has been a Vice President of a Florida HMO and was the co-developer of an HMO in North Carolina. Mr. Langford’s HMO experience ranges from the initial state filing to operations and ultimately through the acquisition of the HMO.
Adrian has been involved in the field of Integrative Medicine since 1996. He developed a unique network of holistic providers and contracted with one of the largest HMOs in the country. The unique data set captured in this pioneering experience has helped to pave the way for AMI’s current Integrative chronic pain management approach to managing chronically ill patients for the State of Florida.
Mr Langford is currently responsible for AMI’s operations in the South Eastern United States.
