In keeping with AmerGen Energy’s commitment to supporting the optimal health, wellness and productivity of our employees, Alternative Medicine Integration Group, LP (AMI) is pleased to present our web directory of AMI’s highly qualified doctors of chiropractic medicine. AmerGen Energy employees and their families enrolled in the PPO 100, PPO 90, and PPO 80, Conventional Plans, and Oyster Creek employees will be eligible to access a special program created by Alternative Medicine Integration Group (AMI) that offers chiropractic care through AMI’s PPO network.

AMI providers are credentialed to the same standards as conventional medical physicians. In the event that your doctor of chiropractic is not currently participating with AMI, feel free to invite your physician to join the AMI network by using the Application found in the ‘Provider Credentialing’ world above. AMI looks forward to the opportunity to assist you in your health and wellness experience.

Credentialed to the same standards as conventional medical physicians, these AMI providers are also certified in a wide variety of alternative therapies… acupuncture, acupressure, stress management, applied kinesiology, herbal medicine, nutrition, massage therapy, and traditional Chinese medicine…in addition to their extensive training in chiropractic. Their goal is to work with you (and your medical doctor, if appropriate) to achieve an optimal state of health using effective, natural, non-pharmaceutical and non-surgical treatment options.

Unlike other chiropractic programs, access to this network of providers is not restricted by a predetermined number of visits or a maximum benefit. Rather, coverage for the care received is based upon what is appropriate for your individual needs and results in the most favorable outcome for your health. Co-insurance and co-payments for this program mirror those of the PPO Plan you have selected. AMI providers are also certified in a variety of alternative therapies that are not covered services under the AmerGen Energy medical plan.
